Title : Customer Service Manager

Candidate skill :

  • Over 10 years’ experience working as customer service in logistics filed with multi-national company and colleagues from abroad.
  • Have experience to manage customer service team to coordinate with internal hub and suppliers also support team staff to meet a service target level.
  • Good coordinate with internal team and can work cross function with other team like Account & Finance, Sales etc.
  • Intermediate in English Language.
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Program.
  • Good knowledge in SAP and Lotus Notes.

Education :

  • Bachelor's degree of business administration in marketing
