- More than 15 years’ experience in Food & Beverage as R&D role with various manufacturing.
- R&D project leader of beverage product.
- Assessment the compliance of food regulation and food safety.
- Experimental design related to product specification for any trial, start up or commissioning.
- Coordinate with manufacturing team when found deviation, then set meeting to find root cause, corrective action and preventive action.
- Ensure quality of process by set specification, monitoring plan and sampling scheme for line sample, to achieve quality finished products.
- Master’s Degree of Education, Major: Guidance and Psychological Counseling
- Bachelor’s Degree of Science, Major: Food Process Engineering
- More than 5 years experiences in Research & Production Development with large scale manufacturing fields in Food business.
- Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures in term of production process and quality control at oversea plant.
- Calculation of project and product cost, ingredient and nutrition.
- Planning and conducting research project. Recording and analyzing data. Carrying out fieldwork, e.g., lab scale product testing, test run in production line, collecting samples, process monitoring.
- Bachelor of Science, Major: Food Science & Technology
- 15 years with professional experience in food & beverage industry food categories; Seasoning products, Poultry processed products, Confectioneries products, Freeze dried products, Vacuum fry product, Infant milk product.
- Proven experience in related key roles covering category supply management, product development, product innovation and project management in various food categories.
- 7 years working with families in technical product development with raw material sourcing and
- specification of seasoning products.
- Raw materials specification and sourcing, including to negotiate and audit key suppliers till commercial aspect.
- Proven experience as Project Manager for ASEAN Innovation lead as Supply chain representative.
- Experience in sourcing new raw materials with cost saving strategy to support new innovation products/projects.
- Specializing in technical area with solid understanding on innovation of categories and products to be contributing in business growth.
- Good English communication skills – Fully used to communicate with regional, presentation and meeting.
- Bachelor’s Degree of Agro-Industries (Major in Food Science and Technology)
