Company: Company operates in air freight, sea freight. cross border, customer brokerage, warehouse and distributor service.
- Provide good service to corporate customers regarding to sea freight both import and export under company policy.
- Response for contact point and coordinate with customer and sales team.
- Planning and control expense within approved budget.
- Maintain good relationship with corporate customers and all relevant parties.
- Supervise and provide guidance to Customer Service Sea Freight team.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related filed.
- At lease 5 years of experience in 3PL logistic.
- Capable of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities.
- Good command of English
