General Manager - Luxury Automotive (150k + commission)

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the overall of Sales, Aftersales, and Marketing functions by overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue and Marketing strategy
  • Engaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations and best practice processes
  • Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy in line with long and short term corporate plans
  • Plan, control and direct the efforts of the Sales Management and Sales Force and Marketing Department toward the accomplishment of the Company's automotive volume sales and profit objectives
  • Be responsible for the annual and monthly sales and P&L forecast / planning and short and long-term sales goals



Requirements :

  • Have proven success as a GM (whole sales) from premium car brand business, minimum 5 years experience
  • A good working knowledge  of sales techniques and methods
  • Strong managerial skills, complete with experience on the job to direct a strong team of employees
  • Commercially and business focused, target-driven with "self-going" initiator skills
