HR C&B Manager (100K-120K, New Plant Start-up), Based in Chonburi

Responsibilities :

  • Review and monitor most current trends in the field of compensation, provide input based on analyses aimed at establishing broad-based compensation objective for Thailand in alignment with regional compensation policy. 
  • Implement regional policy/program and tools on job grading, pay line, annual salary planning and etc.
  • Conduct annual salary planning process for Thailand in line with Company pay philosophy and ensuring the most cost-effective salary changes and highest level of equity across functions/departments.
  • Develop & implement Compensation & Benefits policies and programs in accordance with the company pay philosophy including variable pay, benefit program and retention program for Thailand.
  • Formula policies and procedures and ensure their application.
  • Provide PM (Performance Management) technical support and coordinate the annual performance review implementation.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above, with major in Human Resources, Social Science or related major.
  • 10 - 15 years’ work experience in HR related function, with at least 3-5 years in management position of Compensation and Benefits, manufacturing environment of MNC preferred.
  • Familiar with compensation structure and benefits programs, local labor legislation & regulation.
  • Strong analysis and numerical skill.
  • Fluent in English.
