Thailand Sales Manager (Food & Beverage || BKK based or home based conditions)

Responsibilities :

  • Work with Executive Business Director to formulate customer business plans and execute the plans successfully.
  • Lead and manage channel partners effectively to deliver near and mid-term targets. 
  • To assist in the business development and implement of business plan for Thailand to achieve annual sales contribution margin target.
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with the existing and new customers.
  • Provide technical sales support to customers in Thailand on portfolio.
  • Apply market knowledge, customer and technical insights to feedback to product managers for portfolio improvement and to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop technical training programs and presentations for external customers, internal teams and business partners.
  • Provide competitors business, market trends & business potential on customer base.
  • Complete reports and business requirement in a timely manner.
  • Promote the line of ingredients to the food and beverage industries.
  • Securing alignment & support of business development initiatives among cross functional support groups.
  • Provide monthly, yearly forecast and involve in demand planning forecast review on periodic basis to ensure accuracy in forecast.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Food Science, Biotechnology, or related technical fields. 
  • 6-10 years experience in managing accounts and to explore new business in food ingredients industry.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with food specialty ingredients.
  • Experience in and has a demonstrated ability for selling value added products.
  • Ability to develop customer relationships and trust through technical knowledge.
  • Ability to build strong, good relationships with internal peers, sales and marketing, and other support functions.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Individual contributor with highly self-motivated + results oriented. 
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as necessary in order to support sales teams in their interface with customers.
