Sales Manager - Food Ingredients

Responsibilities :

  • Actively drive sales, new business and new customer acquisition 
  • Create and manage best-in-class sales and account management tracking systems
  • Develop and train team on best-in-class sales behavior and learning (perfect customer call, customer communication process, how to develop and maximise existing business, etc)
  • Build and shape the overall capacity and capability for the sales team; identify top talent and build succession planning and next role opportunities

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in food science, food technology, biotech, chemical or related field. 
  • At least 5 years working experience in solid sales&marketing, key account, business development experience in food ingredients
  • Strong experience to  source new relationship in B2B channel  
  • Mature, hands-on, and result-oriented with professional business acumen
