Plant HR Manager - Multi-National Company (120K )

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and develop a talent strategy that makes target an employer of choice, attracts candidates and retains talent. Foster an inclusive, diverse, safe and secure culture; create an environment of openness, trust and recognition, and reward great performance.
  • Build relationships inside and outside Target, including industry partners to identify market trends and understand asset protection strategies of competition. Ensure our teams and tactics maintain Target’s reputation.
  • Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance. Lead team to work in the same way and hold others accountable to this commitment.

Requirements :

  • Skilled in business financials (e.g., payroll, profit and loss) and driving shortage reduction.
  • Skilled in driving business and building specific strategies by leveraging data and metrics and partnering with distribution leadership to deliver results through your team.
  • At least 7 years of HRBP, HRM, HRD and HRIS experience.
  • Solution-based mindset with desire to uncover business gaps and solve problems
  • Degree in related fileds or equivalent experience.
  • Good English written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Young energetic with experienced in influencing key business partners
