Territory Sales Manager (90K-120K)
- Responsible for Sales Planning for the whole Network that meet the company target and wholesale forecasting for bike on a monthly basis.
- Review sales and other revenue generating business plans.
- Enable the retail sales processes and help individual stores meet monthly targets ,distributor and guided by the minimum operating profitability.
- Ensure the Sales Team is developed effectively and embraces a culture of high quality standards and proactive selling
- Work effectively with external partners including consultants and agencies on various projects and programs, dealer network and local government and statutory bodies.
- Strong leadership skills that motivate the Sales Team to perform beyond expectation.
- 7-10 years of experience in managing a motorbike dealership or a chain or dealerships.
- Proven track record of leading and developing teams and driving high performance.
- Achievement on the expansion plan – markets, revenue and volumes.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
