Compensation & Benefits Manager (Textile/Fashion)

Responsibilities :

  • Report directly to HR Director and manage team in order to run all C&B function, including Payroll, Benefits and pay structure.
  • Monitor and Manage team to drive all C&B functions smoothly.
  • Manage HR database, Staff Headcount, Manpower forecast and budget.
  • Work closely with HR Director and support any other tasks as assign by HR Director.
  • Support management and other departments in HR Data and Reports that relate to C&B.

Requirements :

  • At least 10 years of working experience with relate background in C&B.
  • Held at least Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Public Administration, Psychology or related fields from accredit university.
  • Direct experienced in HR fields for Textile/Garment/Fashion or large scale manufacturing would be advantage.
  • Good command in English
  • Computer Literate, Microsoft Office, Email, Internet.
