HR Business Partner (Beverage)

Responsibilities :

  • Providing strategic advice and support in HR policies and processes to the management team
  • Support recruitment process
  • Managing and developing for compensation and benefits programs
  • Developing human capital development model
  • Enhancing and develop HRIS systems
  • Working closely to coordinate with reginal learning and development lead
  • Execute the rewards & recognition programs
  • Planning and organizing of meetings and staff activities
  • Approval for payroll
  • Internal communication
  • Managing HR budget

Requirements :

  • Good command in both Thai and English
  • Experience in HR manager 3-5 years, preferably in travel industry
  • Strong knowledge in Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Remuneration,  Employee Relations, Payroll and HR admin
