HR Business Partner (Consumer Manufacturing)

Responsibilities :

  • Report directly to Manufacruing Head and responsible for all HR functions.
  • Monitor and Manage team to drive all HR operations/Business Partner including Recruitment, Training and ER functions.
  • Create HR plan/strategy including HR Budget, KPI, PMs and HR development programs.
  • Work closely with top management and act as HR advisor for all HR concerns.
  • Support management and other departments in all HR relate.

Requirements :

  • At least 15 years of working experience with relate background in full scope of HR function.
  • Held at least Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Public Administration, Psychology or related fields from accredit university.
  • Direct experienced in HR fields for Consumer, Food & Beverage Manufacturing.
  • Good command in English
  • Computer Literate, Microsoft Office, Email, Internet.
